cursor control with the arrow keys? - 08:25 AM

does anyone know if it's possible (& how) to take control of the cursor with the arrow keys? i need some really fine cursor control, one pixel at a time, & i don't know how to do it.

the GA at FP, where I used to work, used to do that in photoshop.

this used to work in windows 3.x and maybe Win95, but not for a while, I believe.
You could try to use the magnifier, but not sure if that does what you hope for....

Go to control panel, accesibility options, mouse and select 'use mouse keys'
Once you're there, have a look through 'settings' you can alter the speed of the movement and a few other things. Doesn't use the normal arrows, uses the ones on the number pad.
