fudge at my stall - 06:15 PM

i've made some fudge for a couple of friends just recently. it's nice fudge. really nice, actually. when i make it, i have to give heaps away so that i don't eat it all because i will literally eat it all if given the chance. it's quite moreish.

one of these friends for whom i made the fudge suggested that i should make it & sell it at my stall when i go to the markets with my jewellery next time. that's not a bad idea. i don't think that there's anyone else at the markets who sell sweet things. there is a cake lady, but they're cakey things, not lolly things, if you know what i mean.

i told my other friend of her suggestion & she thought it was a great idea.

it's dead easy to make so it's not going to take too much effort on my part except for the wrapping of it. this could be fun. i think i might invest in a pizza cutter though for cutting it up. that's about the most time consuming part of the whole process.

This is a very good idea. I love fudge, it's just not widely available in The Netherlands.

Oh, maybe take an eye on the food-regulations at the market. Here you'd be requird to have a fridge etc etc etc....

Hmmm, watering mouth... just a shame i only have chocolate.

Mmm... Fudge... Good Fudge... I may be Dutch, but I'd give those food regulations a bird for a chunk of fudge...
