i'm still here, in case you're wondering where i've been. i've just been busy making sure the house is in a right state for shroom's mum & dad's visit.
they're arriving tomorrow afternoon at some stage. i'm actually on top of things, which is a pleasant surprise. lol! 
the only things left to do tomorrow is to strip out bed & wash our bed sheets, leaving the bed for them to sleep in .. & umm .. there's one more thing. i think it's just to buy a bit of meat for dinners. i bought some salad & vegetables today, but thought i'd split the shopping up over a couple of days since smiley can be a bit of a challenging shopping companion, lately.
so i might be a bit absent over the next few days or more while they're here. we're not going to run them ragged doing 'stuff' since they've really come to see shroom & i & smiley, but we will try to go out & do some things with them. since they've come all the way here, they may as well get to see some of the place.
