following is an updated list of words which smiley says. there are a few which he says occasionally, but these are only the ones which are in regular use. i've numbered them so we can see easily how many there are.

most of them he doesn't say quite properly yet & many of them no one outside of shroom or i would even recognise, since we've seen him use them in context .. so to speak.

49 is pretty excellent, Corri! Alia's a month older than Smiley and she's only got 25 in coinsistent use, although easily three times as many that she's only said once or twice. She makes up for it with a highly sophisticated sign language though - her meanings are never obscure *smile*
