defrag for mum - 09:48 PM

mum's computer hasn't been behaving very well, so i'm just about to set it to defreg overnight. it's a bit of an older laptop, so if you don't hear from me before i leave for bahrain, you know that the defrag killed it. there's not a high chance of it happening, but there is a chance. cross your fingers that the computer gods treat mum's computer nicely. hehe.

Don't think the defrag will kill the ol' laptop, but one can clear out the temp files, remove unused programs, and drop the screen saver. Also a registry compression program may be in order.
