yesterday when shroom & smiley & i had an afternoon nap i could feel one side of my sinuses getting blocked up. by the evening it was full blown. i had a terrible sleep & woke up about every hour. i can't take any heavy duty sinus drugs for it since i'm still breastfeeding, so i've been treating it with some natural oils & a homeopathic remedy. they definitely make a difference, but they don't completely kill the symptoms like sinus tablets do.
smiley's gone to sleep now, so i'm going to have a sleep too, if i can. ergh. stupid sinuses. ouch.
