there was a meetup of bahrain bloggers tonight. i heard about it via a bahrain blogger who left a comment on my site.
it was really great! most of the conversation was about religion, politics & current affairs & it was all almost totally over my head, but i still loved it. i had an excellent evening listening to very interesting conversation. when the next one is on next month i'll definitely be going again & i'll try to convince shroom to come with me. he loves intelligent conversation.

We enjoyed your company and that of your lovely and adorable son too! We do hope that you will join us on Jan 5th (venue to be decided) again... not sure about the "intelligent" part above though, next time I'll get my whip so that we never ever have to decend to that level again.
