new glasses - 01:45 PM

i got a new pair of glasses, mostly because i wanted to get photochromatic ones for the bright sun here in bahrain. i chose rimless frames. i quite liked my old pair (aside from how they were a bit crooked after a few years of wear) but i think my new ones are a big improvement.
as for the photochromatic aspect of them .. well, let's say that i'm glad my eyes aren't all that sensitive to the sun anyway. they don't go as dark as i expected. unless mine are just a crappy version (& one would hope not, going by the cost of them!) there's no way that a pair of photochromatic lenses can be a replacement for a proper pair of sunglasses.
i took a comparison pic of me in each pair, the old & new & put it together as a composite. take a look, if you like.
i like them. if it wasn't for the middle bridge you wouldn't know they were there.
love your new glasses - not that there ws anything wrong with the other ones but these give you a cleaner look iykwim

You look much better in your new glasses. Too bad they don't darken the way you like.
