we went to the central markets this morning. it was quite interesting & a real eye opener in some cases. you'll know what i mean when you got the last pic of the series which i've put up at flickr, the one after the cow carcasses.
start here at the beginning or if you're likely to be seriously ill at the site of animals with no skin, better start here near the end & go backwards so you can skip the last two butcher pictures.
