i can't put my finger on it, but there's something decidely disturbing about the teletubbies. tinkywinky's voice makes me shudder. the whole thing is kind of like some freaky dream from which you can't wake.
unfortunately, smiley seems to have taken a shine to them. he thinks they're monkeys.

I have only seen them twice last week, and I agree. What do people (adults) see in them? I would rather spend the time having a conversation with my child, and reading to him. Ergh!
