btw, i haven't actually upgraded mt on ferrousland yet. it took so long to download the backup i made, that i left it running after i went to bed. i may or may not get a chance to upgrade it today. there are quite a number of things to do before i can actually put up the newer mt files.

last night before he finally went to sleep at almost 2am (!!!) smiley drew the best picture he's drawn yet. he did every single bit of it by himself & even totally unprompted by me.
i was colouring in some pictures in his wiggles colouring book (that's how we generally do colouring in around here. the way smiley usually wants it is that mummy has to do the colouring in & smiley has to be the one to choose the colours & tell you what to colour in) & i finally managed to escape & leave him to do some colouring on his own. i was sitting here at the computer & heard him saying something about "daddy's head". i looked down another minute later & there was this awesome drawing!
shroom thought that i'd helped him, but was amazed when i told him i didn't do a thing. he was quite pleased that smiley had drawn daddy with hair.
