this week i've been babysitting my friend megan's two year old little girl, madeline. in the mornings she goes to a montessori school & in the afternoons is usually looked after by megan's mum. however, this week megan's mum & dad are away, so she asked me if i'd babysit.
i thought it would be tiring (it's not been so bad for the two days so far) but i also thought it might be really nice for smiley to have a playmate every afternoon for a week.
i've actually been enjoying it. it's been nice to see smiley interact with a child his own age (there's only a month between them) & it's also been nice to have a quick chat to a friend a couple of times a day.
