chickens' balls - 09:09 PM

there's a meal which we ask kalyani to cook for us quite regularly which is made on the basis of some frozen meat balls. there are two types, normal meat balls & chicken balls. we usually choose the chicken.
we all like it a lot, including smiley. when i feed it to him, he's always keen for the next mouthful &, much to my amusement, asks for "chickens' balls?"

during the week kalyani takes smiley for two to three hours a day to give me some 'me time'. often she'll take him to her friend rani's house. maneesha is rani's daughter. sometimes there are quite a few kids to play with at rani's house. they're not bahraini, but sri lankan, although they've all lived in bahrain for quite a long time.
today she brought maneesha home with them & i took a few pics. i've just uploaded the best one of maneesha & smiley playing together.
