you never quite know how kids are going to use the information given to them, especially as they're still learning to talk.
smiley & i play a game sometimes where i'll be sitting on the ground or the bed, any largish, flat surface, & i'll have one leg drawn toward me with my knee in the air so there's a hole beneath my leg through which he can crawl.
we were sitting downstairs on his play mat playing with some blocks & i must have been sitting that way because when i then moved my legs, perhaps put both legs down or together or something, smiley wanted them back the way they were & so he asked, "see mummy's hole?"
i tried to get him to reword that pretty darn quickly. rotfl!!!
