now that i'm actually doing some exercise & working out at the gym five out of seven days a week, i'm craving fatty & sugary foods more than ever! i'm going to have to start turning them into cravings for something a little healthier or my gym sessions aren't going to show any results.

i'm mostly successfully resisting the cravings. i give in maybe 25% of the time. if it makes any difference, at least i do feel guilty about it afterwards. heh. *chuckle*

usually that little bit doesn't effect all the hard work you've done! i think it's every 10 minutes you do exercise you burn so many calories (ok, i can't be sure. it's past 6.30 in the morning! :P)

but i can find out the exact ratios. my friend is a gym junkie but after each session she has something fatty, or at least something she's craving. if you're body is craving it.. it probably needs a percentage of it *smile*
