sleep more comfortably - 08:57 AM

i've noticed that since i've been exercising regularly at the gym, i've been sleeping much more comfortably. i don't mean that i've been sleeping more or sleeping better, i mean that when i lie down in bed, my body feels much more comfortable than it did previously.

i used to toss & turn a lot to get comfortable & found that my back would be kind of sore (most likely from carrying smiley, feeding him in odd positions in bed, etc), but these days i don't need to thrash around anywhere near as much to feel ready for sleep.

yes, excersise certainly does improve the quality of sleep
