in the two weeks since i started at the gym i've gone from almost killing myself to make two sets of ten abdominal crunches (sit ups) to being able to easily do two sets of fifteen & then another two sets of twenty!

the second two sets were definitely harder going, but i still managed to do all of them without having to stop before reaching the end of the set. when i did my very first set of ten crunches two weeks ago, i could barely make it to seven & would have to rest for a few seconds before doing the last three.

i'm so pleased with the progress i'm making. it's really encouraging being able to feel the difference so quickly. *smile*
