my trip to australia for my mum's wedding is so close! smiley & i will be leaving in just two & a half weeks. for such a long time it seemed like ages to go, but now i really have to start getting ready for it. i've been going over in my head what i'll be needing for the trip & what we'll be needing while we're there.
shroom's mum, audrey, emailed me to say that she's bought smiley & i some winter pajamas. they're also lending me their car to use while i'm in brisbane. shroom's mum & dad are lovely, lovely people. very caring, thoughtful & generous. i'm really looking forward to spending time with them.
i'm looking forward to spending time with everyone, of course. once i'm back i'll realise how much i've missed all my friends & family. i'm also super keen to see smiley interacting with everyone. he's grown & changed so much (mentally & physically as well as his verbal skills) since we left, people are going to see a big difference in him.
lots of catchng up to do. enjoy your trip real girl.
