well, there's one thing i definitely didn't miss with not having a period for three & a half years .. & that's the mood that goes along with it! i've been rather short-tempered all afternoon.
i had a big sleep this afternoon while smiley slept. i must have really needed it, because it's the first time i've had a sleep in the day for about six weeks. previously i'd almost always have a sleep in the day. i've felt that i needed once in all that time, but this is the first time that i've really, really needed it.
