he seems to be much better this afternoon. he slept until about 1pm & then started to get all chirpy & jump around. i took him out for some lunch since i was pretty hungry & i figured that he might also be if he was feeling better. he ate a decent serve of food, so it seems all is good now.

that's great. hard to vacation with a sick child. my vote is with the ice as well. water doesn't have to be dirty to upset one's system, just different.
