my lounge room - 09:58 PM

i took a couple of pics of my lounge room this afternoon. they're not works of art, they're just designed to show you around my place. as i've mentioned previously, i'm taking pictures of areas as they become sorted out & ready for viewing.
after i said the other day that i was a bit short of money this week, i received a very well timed payment in arrears of family tax benefit which allowed me to pay off some debts & also to treat myself to some things for which i was previously going to have to wait.
so i got a small coffee table (one which is very light, so that i can move it around & out of the way easily since the lounge room floor is also smiley's play area), a nice low table for the tv (the tv cabinet passed onto me from my sister wouldn't fit the tv inside & so it sat up the top & blocked much of the window), & a bookshelf.
- a view of the window corner of my lounge room. you can see the small coffee table, the larger coffe table/tv bench & the bookshelf. if you imagine that you keep looking left, you'd get to the other edge of the window & then you'd see my front door.
