in love with my knives - 08:44 AM

i'm in love! i've just started using my furi knives for something 'real' (as opposed to cutting slices of bread in half) & they're amazing! i knew they were good anyway, but it's been so long since i've used such great knives that i'd forgotten good they were.
i'm cutting up some chicken thighs, getting all the copius amounts of fat & the like off them. not a great job at the best of times, but these knives are slicing through them like butter!
