i just ate some more lollies from the really cool gingerbread house that monica & her girls made for christmas & i looked in the middle to see if there were any lollies left from the tiny little nativity scene.
it turns out that mary is black! she was made from a yummy chico baby (wikipedia info here) & had white icing hair. she was delicious.
