who knew that in the quest for the perfect self portrait i'd be using muscles in ways i haven't used them in years? yesterday i took a self portrait of me hanging upside down from some monkey bars. i had to get up & down three or four times to make sure i had the shot just right & it seems my body is telling me that i shouldn't do that again, or perhaps that i should do that again more regularly, because muscles in my arms, shoulders & legs are really sore. lol!!

yeah, I want to see the picture too!
Last week I was playing in a park with my grandson. He hung off the flying fox, so I tried too. Oh dear. So you keep on playing while you can!
