yay for leg room - 02:28 PM

(entered on my handheld on the way to sydney & uploaded later.)
i'm on the plane to sydney. there was a bit of traffic on the way & i just made the flight. virgin are usually pretty strict about their half an hour before departure check-in time, but despite being about seven minutes past that, they let me on. phew!
since i checked in a bit late, there wasn't much choice left for seating, so i ended up over the wing at the emergency exit. i didn't realise until now how much extra leg room there is at these seats. not that i really need it with my short legs. heh.
ugh. my carpel tunnel (i had it pretty badly while i was preggers with smiley & it affects me occasionally since then) is playing up from writing on the screen of my handheld. i wonder if it would be the same if i was using a wider pen instead of a stylus? probably.
we'll be landing pretty soon, i think.. it's a pretty short flight from brisbane to sydney. i'll have some time to kill at the airport since hellie doesn't get home from work until about 6pm. i've heard it's raining there, so i guess i'll just hang out at the airport for an hour or so. i'll try to resist the overpriced food.
