guess what came in the mail today? the acceptance for my application to do the course (just the one subject, that is) at the uni of queensland! woohoo! 
i'm almost (once it's been paid for, i guess) a student. very exciting.

Typical how exciting being a student can be. I wasn't aware of it this much 15 years ago. Probably because it was 'just' a step up from school then, now it's a very concious life-changing decision
