i just found out from melanie that they're taking their dog, bindie, to the vet .. to be put down. poor bindie. she's really sick & can't even stand up anymore. as melanie & i & everyone knows, she's doing the very best thing for bindie, but that doesn't make it any less sad for her, especially since poor old jeffrey had to be put down just a little while ago.
goodbye, bindie. rest in peace.

the very reason i don't have pets anymore. they become part of the family and it breaks everyone's heart when thier life ends. very sad.

yes, but dave, you get years of joy for that essentially very short period of heartbreak.
