he tricked me! - 08:45 PM

smiley was with his dad at his nanna & poppy's house this afternoon & shroom just brought him home. i opened the door & smiley was all flaked out over his daddy's shoulder. i clicked open the lock & as i did that, shroom said to me, "shhh."
at that, smiley popped up, wide awake, & said to shroom, "don't say that!"
smiley was tricking me! lol!! he got me good, too. i really thought he was asleep. rotfl!! 
shroom & i both cracked up. he told me that as they came around near the door, he told smiley, "pretend you're asleep," & he did so straight away.
smiley's never got me that good before. in fact, he's never really been that great at tricking, which is why i didn't suspect it, i guess. that gave me a really good laugh. hehe.
