last night, in the early morning, a cockroach crawled over my head & down my face. i woke up properly when it crawled over my lips. yech!
i don't often see many cockroaches around here. only the occasional one, & never before in my bedroom.
after it woke me up, i saw it crawling across the bed in the dark & realised what it was. i had to flick the gross thing away twice before it went away. disgusting creature.
it took me ages to get back to sleep after that because i kept waiting for it to come back, & every little tickle i felt i thought was the cocky.
better than having a geckle crawl up one's leg during an intimiate encounter. yup, happened to me. sort of kills the moment.
There is a mouse here, scurrying about looking for bits and crumbs. Saw the little guy once.
What is really aweful is this: when we sleep, one may actually eat a spider.
