wants to stay - 01:51 PM

poor smiley. i just picked him up from his nanna & poppy's place after a two night sleep over. they were all wanting a (undoubtedly well-earned) rest, so i got the call to come & pick him up.

on saturday morning he went with them to pick up shroom from the airport, so he's spent about 30 hours with his daddy & he really didn't want to leave.

after much cajoling & then some plain old forcing him into the car seat, i got him home. he cried most of the way home, asking me to turn around, to take him back, to please stay for another sleep over. audrey said he can come back tomorrow morning & have another sleep over tomorrow night, but even that didn't satisfy him at the time. he just wanted to stay.

my poor little darling. i'm not surprised he didn't want to leave. i think he's afraid his daddy's going to go away again.

the sad thing is, he probably will, eventually.

smiley's still in the car. i've undone his seat belt, but he refuses to come out. i guess he's hoping that if he stays in the car, i'll take him back to see his dad.

my poor little sweet boy. *sad*

Poor little man ,I recall I used to do these things after leaving my mothers ,I only seen her on "some" school holidays ,Its a letting go thing ,cause once I was on the plane or bus I would be alright ,And its still the same now ,my parents arrive today from Brissy but dont ask how I'am going to be next week when they go home !
Might lock myself in my room *wink*
