not phosphorescent, but x-rays! - 07:59 AM

i just read an article which reminded me of way back in bahrain when i used some band-aids in the dark & found that they glowed when i peeled the backing off them.

the article says that peeling sticky tape makes x-rays! they don't mention it glowing brightly, but i do wonder if that's how they discovered it. i wonder if that's actually what was going on with my band-aids? very interesting.
