i owe $300 for nothing - 11:42 AM

man. i really hate that. i have a bill for over $300 from primus (telephone/internet company) for something from which i didn't get any benefit at all.
thanks to the owner moving back in to my old place & giving only the requisite notice of 14 days, i had to move out after i'd already arranged to have new phone & internet connected. the line was connected, but it didn't get as far as actually going ahead with the whole thing since i had to cancel the service. even if i'd moved the service instead of cancelling, i still would have been up for the connection fee.
geez, i hate that. it's so frustrating. i don't have that sort of money lying around, but at least they were willing to extend the due date for me. it's still going to be tight, though.
bloody annoying, that's what it is. grrr.
