send your positive thoughts & prayers, please? - 07:12 AM

a friend of mine came off his bike last night. he's mostly okay, but his right arm is causing him extreme pain. he needs that arm for his work of four solid days of filming starting today.

there's nothing else i can do from here but to enlist the positive healing thoughts & prayers from others. i'm also adding my own healing thoughts, of course. even just a passing thought, if that's all you can do, will add to the healing.
