*sigh* there must be some really stupid &/or gullible people out there to be tricked into giving their personal details in return for an email like that.
it's sad for real if the person who is fooled is someone elderly whose wits aren't about them anymore.
That comes next. After you contact them. Don't be fooled.they are getting smarter
you should respond with: sex......"yes"; location...."right here"; alternate email address....."none"; your winning details...."I WON!!!". then tell them you have no back account and can only except a paypal transfer and to use your winning email as the account. be sure to end with a gracious "thank you so very much".
i've got one thing to say about them: they are morons
some text ads:
Credit Counseling - Credit Card Consolidation - Nevis Hotel - United Specialties
Odd, though, that no really critical information was requested in the email---no passwords, bank account numbers (that's a common one--"give us your bank account number so we can put the winnings directly in"), no crxdit card numbers, no "click here to log on"--not even a "what's your mother's maiden name".
Can it be that the scammer was so lame that they forgot to get any of that? That would be too funny, if they send out this massive effort, and in the end don't get anything they can use.
