riley, at last - 08:14 AM

finally, some pics for those of you who are dying to see more of riley. thanks heaps to melanie & jade for putting up the pics of him while he was still in hospital. they were brilliant.

now, some of him without the tube going into his nose.

the first one was still in the hospital. when he's feeding, or when he's sleepy, he always seems to check out the world with one eye before he decides whether he wants to wake up fully.

the second one was our first day at home, on tuesday the 16th. he was still dressed in the clothes that my friend martelle has lent us, since all the triple-zero clothes we bought him were far too big. it was really good of her to lend us those clothes, not to mention the fact that we would have had to take him home from the hospital naked otherwise!

the third one was taken after i woke up from having a nap with him. he looked so cute with his mouth all puckered up & his hand tucked up under his chin like that.

finally, one with his eyes open. at this stage, if he's not being burped or fed, then he's usually sleeping, so there aren't many opportunities to get pics of him with his eyes open.

Oh he is beautiful *smile* I especially love the third pic, and I agree with Jillis he does look quite a bit older in the third one.
