cake - 03:12 PM

my cake tin wasn't big enough to hold all the mixture, so i put some in a muffin tin as well. as you may be able to see, when i tipped the cake onto a plate, half of the bottom stayed in the tin, so i kind of piled it on top. also, when i was removing the muffin tin from the oven, i lifted it too high & knocked the top off one of them. oh well, not bad for my first ever cake. *chuckle*

Oh Coralie! When you sent me the link with "ROTFL" I knew something entertaining must have happened!

Did you line the cake tin? And get a bigger cake tin! *wink* Those tins that open up, spring tins I think they are called, are great. They're usually cheap too.

I'm pretty sure you'll find that Shroom and Riley will be so grateful that you bake these things that they won't care how it looks. That's how it is with our bunch. It's taste that counts. Go Coralie!
