one year old boy - 06:57 PM
he's not quite one year old in most of these pics, but he was pretty close. the oldest pic here was taken when he was just under eleven months old, so it's close enough.
i'll start at the newest (which is at the top) & work my way to the oldest.
the first pic was taken about an hour ago. he was 'eating' a vegemite sandwhich. i say 'eating' in inverted commas because most of it doesn't actually get eaten. most of it gets put into his mouth, then taken out again, then squished up in his fingers, then dropped over the side & the dog eats it. or sometimes he circumvents that whole process & just offers it to the dog straight away.
the second one was one of the occasions where he fell asleep on the floor mid-play. he's done this about three times, now. once he did it under shroom's desk while shroom was sitting above him. the other times he's done it though, has been down the end of the hall near the-gap-under-the-laundry-door-toy. (no, we have no idea why he's so fascinated with the gap under the laundry door.) he was playing with a magazine, but had fallen asleep mid-play with his head on his hands.
third: one of the best pics i've taken of him. it was accidental. he was coming toward me while i was trying to take some pics of him & he reached out toward the camera. i thought he was about to smear the lens with his fingers, but he missed. it's a great shot of him. 
number four. he was 'helping' mummy with the laundry by putting some of it in his toy box & helping to distribute it around the rest of his room. he's very helpful, is my baby boy. 
the last one is of smiley & daddy watching tv together. this was the second shot i took of them. the flash from the first shot made him look over to me.
he sure does, and he looks so laid back on daddies lap!
I'd give about anything to scoop that little darling up and give him a huge hug. It's obvious that he is a very happy boy.

He looks so cheeky and self satisfied in the mess one -- tee hee.
I miss all the smiley pictures and love it when you post them.
he is adorable. i can't wait for james to walk - oh wait, yes i can!

i love the look on his face in the mess one. he looks so pleased with himself!
