ducks! ducks! - 01:40 PM
dad was on a school camp (he's a padre at a school near where they live) & we drove out to pick him up. it was a lovely drive through the dandenongs & on the way back, not far from the camp site, there was a reservoir with a really nice park with lots & lots of ducks.
smiley thought they were great, of course, & said "quack! quack!" at them (his version is still "wah! wah!") & followed (read: chased) them around. he was really excited when i gave him a duck feather so then he proceeded to chase the ducks with the feather.
the last picture on this entry was at the same place & is one of the lovliest pictures of him. it was just a fluke shot, of course.
smiley seems quite pleased with himself. did a good job in herding the ducks.
loved seeing all the updated photos - smiley is growing up way too fast & kassia is a cutie too!
