station 8, main room - 09:41 PM
this is the main room at station 8, the room in which my jewellery is displayed.
marie is the lady who owns it & runs it. she's sitting at the table there in front of the counter wrapping some doilies in cellophane.
the next pic shows the other side of the counter & the sliding glass-fronted display cabinet in the corner which contains the rest of my jewellery which wouldn't fit in my little display case. a few pieces are in there variously displayed draped over plates or propped up on tea cups etc.
next is the huge china plates cupboard against one wall. you can see my little case in the foreground sitting on the corner of the table with the red table cloth in front of the cupboard. you can see it again in the next pic which is a view of the back wall of the main room.
last is the back corner with some paintings & urns & a lovely old lamp.
the place is so chockers of gorgeous stuff that there's another room. that's in the next entry.
