things which bug me
when you have to punch in numbers on the phone to a business you've called & then they ask you all the same details again!
why the hell do they bother making you dial in your phone number, your account number, your card number, your date of birth, the last time you gave blood, the results of your previous urine test etc (okay, perhaps not all those details, but you get my point) into the phone to the recorded voice & then when you finally do get a real person they ask you all those details again?!
